Brainspotting Therapy

Move beyond words and access your brain’s natural healing capacity with Brainspotting

“Where you look affects how you feel”

— David Grand

Founder of Brainspotting

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting uses the visual field to locate eye positions that help access unprocessed or stuck trauma in the subcortical brain. Brainspotting was developed by David Grand in 2003, when he discovered that, “where you look affects how you feel”. Brainspotting is rooted in neuroscience and goes beyond traditional talk therapy to help you heal at a neurophysiological level.‍ ‍

Session Offerings

Brainspotting can be seamlessly integrated into your regular therapy sessions. No special booking is required. We can incorporate it as part of our work together whenever it aligns with your therapeutic goals.

I also offer extended sessions for Brainspotting, offering you more time for deep processing and allowing you to work though multiple layers of an issue without having to worry about wind-up and wind-down time.
