Brainspotting Therapy
Access Your Brain’s Deeper Healing Potential
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a brain-body-based psychotherapy developed by Dr. David Grand. It uses eye position to access and process unresolved trauma and emotional experiences by working directly with the subcortical brain where trauma is often stored. Rooted in neuroscience, Brainspotting goes beyond traditional talk therapy to help you heal at a deeper, more neurological level.
How can Brainspotting Help?
Brainspotting can help you process and release trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain that may feel stuck or hard to explain. By focusing on specific eye positions linked to deep brain activity, it allows you to access the parts of the brain where distress is stored, often beneath conscious awareness. Brainspotting can lead to profound shifts, offering relief, clarity, and healing from the inside out.
Can Brainspotting Help You?
Brainspotting can help you with a variety of challenges and is easily integrated alongside traditional psychotherapy to help you reach deeper levels of processing and release emotional pain and trauma stored deep within your body and nervous system.
