My name is Nicole Sedlak, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I’m passionate about the work I do and committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your inner world and all your parts.

I believe we open the door for transformational, long-lasting change when we take that brave step to turn our attention inwards and get curious about our inner word – exploring the different parts of ourselves and trying to understand why they do what they do, rather than working tirelessly to eliminate, suppress, or avoid what feels uncomfortable and heavy.
